I am a Research Assistant at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where I apply deep learning and machine learning techniques to analyze FMRI data and investigate neural mechanisms of skilled actions. My research contributes to the advancement of knowledge in word and tool gesture selection and execution, as well as the correlation of hand motion and shape with FMRI on patients. I have implemented a 95% accurate real-time hand perception system with 3D keypoints and hand attribute angles, using 3D-CNNs and regression models.Alongside my research, I am pursuing my Master's degree in Computer Science at the University of Rochester, NY, with a focus on machine learning, knowledge graphs, and AI software. I collaborate with Sony R&D to develop and test audio and visual corruptions for robust multimodal recognition systems, such as Active Speaker Detection and Audio-Visual Sounding Object Localization. I have a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Jaypee University of Information Technology, India. My research interests lie at the intersection of AI domains, with applications in intelligent multimodal systems, digital health, and optimization algorithms. I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities of leveraging AI to enhance human capabilities and well-being.
