For Client Management: Handling one of the company’s client and keeping up healthy relationship with them.Currently working as an onsite manager and handling more than 20+ Managers. Attending Scrum call twice a week with the Group manager of procurement, Head of vendor manager and the Directors. Grew the account from 49 contractors to 107 contractors in a span of 6 months (58 net additions) Responsible for: • Sales: Building healthy relationship with existing hiring managers (Account Mining) and searching for potential managers (Business Development) to serve them. • Delivery: Managing a team and making sure that the client requirements are getting addressed. My current fill ratio is 92%. I am also responsible to keep the client informed in case of resignations or any grievances of the candidates with regards to the project. I am the first POC for any escalation by the client. I am responsible for interview co-ordination and announcing the updates for our contractors Writing the KYM (Know Your Manager) in order to document the manager details and the kind of projects he/she handles, number of consultants are working with them, forecast of requirements, where in hierarchy he falls in (line manager) and the group he/she is into. For Consultant Management: • I am responsible for managing 97 active contractors • Here, I listen and act upon the queries/grievances of the consultants and route to the concerned person if required. Their queries/grievances must be solved within 72 hours of what it is raised. • I am actively involved in the LOC (Life Of Consultant) activity which is to understand the consultant’s journey in the client place as well as in TEKsystems.
