Roles consist in assisting to deliver a clean, well merchandised store and exceptional customer service.

Responsible to lead a diverse team of 13 to achieve a common goal which was to provide more exposure of accounting related issues and industries to the students of UTAR. As well as ensuring every committee meeting goes smoothly as it's planned efficiently and bring impartiality and objectivity when it comes to decision making.Act as a liaison between faculty, students and professional audit firms and accounting bodies such as CPA Australia, MICPA and others.

Duities involve collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Sorting and organizing paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost as well as verifying data by comparing it to sources are also part of my responsibilities.

My roles in the job include greeting customers, collecting payments, using scanning devices, answering to customer inquiries and counting the money in the cash drawer. I was also involved in checking materials and supplies and reporting when stock is low.
