With a vision to open a Liqo open box electronics store in every state capital in India, my roles and responsibilities as a Managing Director at Liqo include: 1. Direct and control the work and resources and ensure the recruitment and retention of the required numbers and types of well-motivated, trained and developed staff to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives.2. Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans to ensure that the company attains its objectives as cost-effectively and efficiently as possible.3. Prepare, gain acceptance, and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximised and that fixed costs are minimised.4. Represent Liqo in negotiations with customers, suppliers, government departments and other key contacts to secure for it the most effective contract terms.5. Develop and maintain Total Quality Management systems throughout Liqo's franchises to ensure that the best possible products and services are provided to customers.6. Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, relevant government departments and agencies, local authorities, key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is providing the appropriate range and quality of services.

After decades of dedicated service in rural areas, I relocated to Panchkula to explore new opportunities and expand my professional endeavours. My current venture specializes in the production and supply of cables and wires, collaborating with renowned brands such as Finolex, KSB, KEI, Universal Pipes, and others. Over the years, I have successfully built a diverse client base spanning industries such as real estate, thermal power plants, universities, hospitals, sugar mills, paper mills, and refineries.

A company with a vision way ahead of its time, Poona Mill store was a family business inspired from my rural roots. The company aimed to provide water and electricity based solutions to farmers who struggled with the same in their respective areas. As the managing partner, I took care of all operations related work which included procurement, supplies and coordination with local government bodies. Poona Mill store continues to run successfully till date.

Always a visionary, I quickly realized the importance of transformers in the coming future and hence Gee Gee was born. The company was solely responsible for providing electricity related services in rural areas and continues to operate successfully till date.

In the year 2007 being a visionary at heart, I decided to diversity into generators and expanded the product portfolio by coming up with 'Ashwin Generator'. Pioneer has had a successful stint in North India when it comes to sales and profit margins. Serving across areas like UP, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana, MP and Rajasthan, we truly are pioneers in this space. My roles and responsibilities were that of a Managing partner. Since client relationship management has always been my strengths, I helped Pioneer reach heights by collaborating with some very influential and significant clients.

For a brief stint, I entered the telecommunication space as the start of the 2000 decade was when Mobile connections were beginning to gain popularity.
