•Monitor the performance of the assigned production line • Assist and train new employees in job duties, safety procedures • Confer with production supervisor to resolve worker problems, complaints and performance issues • Provide motivation for employees, increasing morale • Monitor and assess employee performance • Demonstrate equipment operations as well as work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training • Develop teamwork and motivate members through setting of clear expectations and recognize and reward outstanding performance • Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development. • Coordinate and oversee employee work assignments and special projects • Other duties as assigned Production • Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion, within budget • Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work area • Increase worker efficiency and production rates • Work with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within and between departments • Provide feedback for production plans to assist in ensuring that production objectives are reasonable and attainable • Coordinate with other supervisors, leads, and managers to obtain maximum use of resources. • Other duties as assigned Food Safety • Monitor department equipment and employees to ensure a sanitary environment is kept and that GMP’s are adhered too. • Ensure that CCP (critical control points), CP (control points) and quality documents are completed at the scheduled frequency, either by other properly trained team members or themselves. • Other duties as assigned. Administrative • Maintain and adhere to all company policies and procedures • Work within the ERP system, and both manually and electronically maintain inventory of goods. • Perform other duties as assigned

•Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food•Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation•Establish work schedules and procedures•Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage•Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures•Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards•May plan canteen menus.•Conduct Checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers •Ensure food preparation areas and equipments are clean•Maintain appropriate records and accounts as required for the treasurer •Maintain cash book, stock and pantry registers
