- Plan and create engaging content for the Western Mustangs Track & Field social media account- Attend training sessions and home meets to build relationships and conduct interviews - Utilize marketing and social media tactics to strategically develop effective content that connects the athletes with the students in a personable way

• Perform Information/Public Service duties for library users which includes greeting users tothe library, checking library materials in and out, and providing access to items on short term loan such as course readings and technology. Explain policy regarding health and safety, supporting bookable spaces and printing, troubleshooting technology, and making referrals to online services.• Assist with Document Delivery activities including retrieving, scanning, and packaging of materials.• Assist with Collections Maintenance activities, including shelving, shelf-reading, and shifting of library materials as directed, as well as duties related to providing physical treatments to library items such as RFID tagging and boxing materials for transfer to another location.• Perform duties to support Outreach and Events initiatives, including rearranging furniture, setting up for events, and act as a representative for Western Libraries.• Participate in creating content for Western Libraries social media platforms.

- Develop, plan, star in, and edit videos for the Western Libraries social media accounts.- Meet with the Communications and Marketing Coordinator to share content ideas and check in onvideo progress.- Represent Western Libraries at campus events and assist with in-person promotions.

- Responsible for running and managing the company’s overall operations.- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans.- Hire talent to meet organizational needs.- Attend Board of Directors meetings for further governance and supervision of the organization's future goals.

- Responsible for the overall marketing of the company and the app itself through in-person and social media marketing campaigns.- Create promotional content and work with motivated students to spread awareness about our campaigns.- Develop, plan, star in, and edit videos for Booklyst's social media accounts.

- Promotion of the app through social media.

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service.- Supervise the Produce Department and staff in the absence of the Manager.- Work alongside coworkers to accomplish tasks.- Organize stock as required.
