•Plans network installations by studying customer orders, plans, manuals, and technical specifications; ordering and gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools, assessing installation site; preparing an installation diagram.•Install and maintain transmission lines for Cable Tv, telephone and Internet service•Installing Circuits and equipment, Temp and Aerial lines at customer Premises•Install/Program/Troubleshoot Power Series DSC Control Panels (PC1832 & PC1864) & Zone Expanders•Install/Program/Troubleshoot Vista Series Honeywell Control Panels (15P & 20P), Wireless Receivers & Zone Expanders.• Diagnose and/or correct all technical problems (Cable/Digital TV & Hi-Speed Internet and Home Phone) to the satisfaction of the customer and in accordance with company specifications•Install/pair/troubleshoot Panel Interface Module (PIMv2) for legacy systems (Honeywell & DSC).•Install/Pair/troubleshoot cameras system, Run power over Ethernet for Cameras, Touch pad etc.•Install Home Appliances (Thermostat, Bulb, Appliance Modules, Sirens, Key fobs, Wireless Ranger Extenders & Power Line Adaptors).•Ensuring the appropriate Signal level in co-axial cable lines so as to avoid interruption in service•Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms, identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.•Maintains customer report by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.•Maintains safe work environment by following codes, standards, and legal regulations.•Determine nature, cause and location of trouble and fix them.•Avoiding escalation/ Repeat
