Performed various dimensional studieso Front and Rear Over Fender studies to analyze the impact of welding sequence over its Assembly fitment and also the Gap/Flush Analysis.o Rear Spoiler study to analyze the Gaps with the environment after the assembly.o Resolved few assembly issues for Wiper Stalk Assembly during the early phase of design.

• Analyzed the Fits, Gaps, Flush through statistical data and provided recommendations.Body – Cross car beams, Door Frames, Battery trays & HingesExteriors – Roof rails, Pillar Capping’s & Door Capping’s.Chassis – Park Brakes, Spare Tire Carriers.Driver Control systems – Shifter systems and Actuators.

 Basic knowledge on APQP, SIX SIGMA, DFMEA, Product Engineer deliverables. Handling Product’s dimensional issues considering the different phases of the Life cycle using statistical tools.
