• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, qualifying and placement of full range of Software Engineering, IT and management candidates for contract, contract to perm and direct hire positions on W2 hourly/salaried work type.• Worked extensively with job sites such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch for scrutinizing and scanning technical resume for the client’s requirement.• Developed, drove and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces through LinkedIn, referrals and networking.• Developing pipelines for technical skills and new business database by making cold/warm calls, build strong relationship/trust and continuously expanding consultant network. • Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking and other strategies. • Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates. • Understand core business to surface appropriate candidates. • Clear and thorough communicator seeing key points are met.• Prepare and coach candidate through the interview process increasing chances of moving forward.• Maintained work relationship with employees/consultant.
