Project: DDEI (Direct Data Entry Interface) Module: Online and Offline ModuleProject Description :DDEI (Direct Data Entry Interface) is a web based application that performs the following tasks:1. Data is transferred in this application from IBMS(Inspection Business Management System) application when user schedule any inspection.2. Inspectors can fill up the inspection report in Online/Offline* Mode in DDEI.3. Reports, once saved in DDEI, directly reach to the reviewers.4 Using DDEI, Inspectors/Reviewers/Managers can track the status of the Inspection report.Online module used to fill the inspection data while online and can change the data which comes through offline module. After that user can pass it to next level for review , so inspection will paas through many levels and at the end final reports get generated from system.Offline module used to fill the inspection data offline i.e. inspectors can also fill the data while offline. Data is saved in the browser file system. So that user can update and save data using the application while offline. Data is synced with the online module when user gets online. For using application in offline mode first of all user must be in network and then need to login and then he/she can switch to offline mode and then can be offline.Responsibilities:For Online Module Developed the code by using JSF in the front side and Spring in the server side along with MyBatis ORM framwork At back end .For Offline Module Developed the JSON data storage in browser using HTML5 File System api. So that user can save and manipulate data in the browser file system while is in offline mode.Used JSON for storing and exchanging data. Designed the user interfaces using HTML and jQuery.Used Oracle 10g database for application data management.Used Glassfish Application Server to deploy the application.Used SVN as repository.

Project: Payroll Management SystemThe main aim of this project is to develop a payroll system that would keep a record of employee data including their pension plan, union membership status, and taxes and also to be able to calculate the pay of the employees taking into consideration employee data. We have been able to achieve this task. The software we developed calculates the employee net pay from the deductions. The pay slip can be printed out as a receipt. Most of the bugs that we found and those that the clients and beta users found have been corrected. Any new bugs found will also be corrected and the software will be updated and released. Because we used object-oriented principles, modifying the software to fix bugs or add a new feature has been relatively easy.Technical Environment: Swing GUI along with OOPS Concepts, Collections, MYSQL 5.0, JDBC, JUNIT
