-Analysis & investigation of scrips in cash & derivative market for which alerts have been generated by the surveillance system which may be due to –Spurt in price / spurt in volume / news based alerts / rumor in market / or other reasons.-Analyzing Order Log, Trade log, Cross/Structured trades, LTP variation, and concentration of clients in a security and investigating for possible manipulation, insider trading, front running, circular trading and market rigging-Analyzing data of derivative and cash segment to identify : cases pertaining to much in the money or out of money contract and reversal thereof; - cases pertaining to reversal in cash segment as well as future segment;- cases pertaining to manipulation on expiry day.
