An experienced Project Director with an experience of 22 years. Worked on different positions which involve training, project supervision, implementation of projects related to community welfare, education for the children, vocational training and now managing the entire operations of Project related livelihood. A good coordinator, motivator, team member and leader. During the carrier of 14 years got Award for the best Regional officer of the year 1999-2000 while working with Sterlite Foundation (Now its Vedanta Foundation) and in selected for 2012 American Express Leadership Academy held in New Delhi.My carrier is truly based on the continuous learning process which I had gained from my seniors and collogues.In the current profile leading, I am not only working with Indha a livelihood initiative of Literacy India as Project Director and leading but also handeling the Vocational training program for children and youth. Mentoring students and employees and looking after the employees training program. Apart from leading from the front also mentoring team members to be a leader and training them to move up from their current position. Working on developing the process of projects under my supervision. Under my leadership my project Indha becomes 2nd runner up the idea challenge of Ennovant and NSDC “Power to Empower 2014 “ and in 2016 Idea of Indha won a global challenge organized by Serve2gather and American Express -USA. I was one of the members of the winning team.I was part for Indo- Pacific Venture program sponsored Amex and organised by Common Purpose in Jakartak where I have got a chance to learn the leadership challenges international organisations and how one can learn from others experiences and also the cultural intelligence and its importance in International arena.
