Taking care of the Clinic Operations including P & L accountability.Ensuring care about Customer satisfaction, doctor satisfaction and employee satisfaction.Recruitment of Doctors and Credentials liasion with Medical officer.Recruitment of Staff for the Clinic function.Adhering to statutory norms in Bio medical waste disposal, observing PCPNDT rules for USG maintaining proper documents. Marketing activities for the Clinic and necessary tie up with Corporate with the help of Sales team to generate footfalls.

Heading the TPA business for eight branches, empanellment. Headed the entire IT segment of Bangalore by meeting the HR heads of major IT and giving leads for onsite camps thereby generating revenue. Increased footfalls within Six months . Leading& Driving the team for desired results.

Day to day interaction with the doctors of all specialities for designing collaterals for promotion of the hospital by coordinating with the Advertising agencies. Meeting the Doctors and promoting products covered the segments of Voveran - Ortho Division, Gynaec, Paediatric and Derma. Also as a part of this got certification from London School of Management., Mumbai SION Education Trust with specialisation in Customer Care & Selling and Sales Management.
