• Responsible for generating inquiries for PEB projects from Chennai & other region of Tamil Nadu.• Routine follow up with the Architects , civil consultants , EPC clients, etc. for generating inquiries• After receiving an inquiry from the client or discussion regarding new inquiry during client meeting , updating the technical specifications of the inquiry in Quote Request Form (QRF)• Follow up of Generated QRF with the Design, Estimation & Costing Department to prepare a Quotation to the client• Submitting the offer to the client , Offer follow up • Negotiation of offer in terms of technical & commercial in which the offer submitted to the client after getting the confirmation from our management.• Attending the Pre Bid meeting, Technical & Price Bid Opening meeting on Government PEB Projects.• Attending the meetings with the Regional Head, Sales & Marketing Head, and Top Level Management peoples.

Marketing our product(s) in any territory • My specific products are decking sheets, roofing sheets, shear connectors • Taking the market survey • Finding the potential customers for the particular products • Finding the potential manufacturers and their strength • Sending enquiry to the suppliers to receive the basic cost. • Quotation preparation & sending them to the customers. • Co ordination with production suppliers • Purchase Order preparation and Production follow up • Documentation • Conducting the inspection at the supplier production unit • Dispatch coordination from the suppler place to the customer place or site.
