I am collaborating with the Ministry of Education across several Caribbean islands to deploy and adopt Digital Learning Initiatives. I am currently helping the Ministries in developing a deployment and integration plan and assisting them in onboarding newly graduated IT engineers to manage project operations. I am facilitating consultations with educational governing bodies to implement our OneLern digital interactive books. To drive adoption, I am introducing initiatives like "OneLern Champs" and "train the trainer" programs. I am conducting analysis on customer needs to enhance product features and providing quarterly reports on user behavior and experience trends.

Hired as a Business Analyst I was part of the corporate strategy team - CEO's OfficeGrowth and Profitability Projects• Prepared the “Outsourcing Calendar” for all the support businesses based on parameters like core competency check and economic evaluation thus helping CallHealth in cutting down costs and becoming asset light in future.• Prepared the “Franchise Readiness Index” for Delivery Businesses of CallHealth and suggested the appropriate Franchise model for all the Delivery Businesses. • Identified the possibility of creating a new business line for CallHealth. Helped CallHealth set up a Medical Helpline(non-emergency) named CH Helpline Delighting Stakeholder Projects • Designed the MyWork space of the Stakeholder Engagement Center (Officer Portal) of the company by introducing 39 features• Designed the entire workflow of all the types of tasks undertaken by all the officers and helped automate the filling up of timesheet of all the officers. • Was part of the aspirations management team and helped define the KRAs of each officer of the organization• Introduced “Vision Hierarchy” concept in which strategic goals of the organization were defined basis which the strategic initiatives of all the support and service businesses were defined to achieve the strategic goals of the organization.
