I was part of the acquisition and general finance team at HS. I qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in this period and honed my skills in drafting and transaction management by working on a number of big ticket financing transactions, along with cross-jurisdictional security creation exercises. In addition, I also participated in the Solicitors Management Course (a Law Society-approved managerial skills course).
