In Pernod Ricard North, he brought in the concept of a secondary sales team, successfully turning the table in the company’s favor in a wholesale driven market. He has led business transformation and change management from the front. In Tata Tele, he led and managed a smooth integration of the GSM and CDMA businesses in his circle. As business head in Jubilant Industries, he restructured teams with an org-wide impact to ensure effective execution. He overhauled the team structure in Pernod Ricard West to strategically focus on the on-premise business, leading to huge gains in market shares. In his tireless leadership pursuits, he made significant contributions to turning around revenues and P&L. Besides transforming the perennially loss-making West region in Pernod Ricard, he led his circle to win the prestigious 2nd runner up Top Gun award at Tata Tele for reversing post-merger blues by upping the GSM business growth and reversing the CDMA slide in business. He grew the business in his region in Asian Paints in double digits when the industry was flat and nursing a three-year consecutive drought. As business head of Jubilant consumer business, he reversed years of declining trend in the top-line.He has applied his business acumen and strategic thinking to make significant org-wide impact. He developed a planning and forecasting model for production in Jubilant, leading to the much-needed inventory efficiencies. In Pernod Ricard, he was pivotal to setting up the supply chain vertical and introducing sales force automation system. With Astix Management Systems, he consulted on sales force automation and distributor management systems, geo-tagging and maps which scale up monitoring, analytics and reporting capabilities.
