He overhauled the team structure in Pernod Ricard West to strategically focus on the on-premise business, leading to huge gains in market shares. Besides transforming the perennially loss-making West region in Pernod Ricard, he led his circle to win the prestigious 2nd runner up Top Gun award at Tata Tele for reversing post-merger blues by upping the GSM business growth and reversing the CDMA slide in business.
