The work involves multiple internal stakeholders such as Business Unit, Division CFOs and Corporate Department Controllers As an additional responsibility, I also work as Project Manager (PMO) and am responsible for managing and delivering the Mergers and Acquisitions projects of global strategic importance. It involves, extensive coordination with central project team in HQ (Germany) and IT Migration team (Malaysia / Singapore), discussions and forecasting the numbers with BUs for projections, liaisoning with external consultants for getting business valuation done, ensuring seamless carve out and post restructure transition. Key achievements:1. Handled carve out of Healthcare business (TO ~ INR 1200 crores) from Accounting side, independently 2. Was offered team responsibility overnight, accepted the challenge, Built a well knit team in difficult times and handled quite a few people related challenges3. I was also involved in implementation of a reconciliation tool (TrueReconciliation), to automate the BSR process. Key Achievements:1. I learnt to take and manage risks, meet stakeholder expectations, work on stretched budgets, work under pressure and take high stake decisions independently.Key Achievements:1.
