I have 10 years experience working as ServiceNow Developer and admin working on most of the core modules in ServiceNow like ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change and knowledge Management, Service catalog and CMDB. I also have experience working on Demand, Release and Enhancements and data Certification modules. I have also worked on the upgrades for ServiceNow from one to another. I have experience in working with users closely from understanding the requirements to completing the UAT for the Enhancement or assisting users with incidents or requests assigned to ServiceNow team. Also, have some documentation experience in documenting the work done or training docs. Good experience working on the reports and dashboards creating them for various teams and users as per the requirements. Also, have experience on integrations where we have integrated with third party tools using REST API using basic and OAuth authentication. One of the them was one way and other was two way integration.
