★Managing all the financial activities of the company while strategically defining the financial objectives and designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls★Ensuring Statutory compliance to audit matters & finalizing accounts while liaising with statutory auditor ★Liaison & Coordinating with different Department, service tax, TDS, income tax, Parties, Banks and Concerned Authorities★Leading the efforts across developing books of accounts for individuals, firms and companies and Balance sheet of individuals, firms and companies.★Carrying out finalization of balance sheets, income statement and cash flow statement as per Accounting standards and Companies Act 1956.★Involve in assessment of general ledger, fixed asset accounting and inventory valuation★Monitoring daily cash requirement, authorizing cash expenses, etc. Responsible for monthly as well as ★Quarterly Balance sheet & the Income Statement and management review of Company's performance★Responsible for the compliance work/ issues related to TDS encompassing e-Filing of Income Tax return, Filing e-TDS return , service tax return and GST 3B, GSTR 1 and completion of Scrutiny Assessment
