Projects: Departmental Exam For Gazetted/Non Gazetted OfficersCentral Examination Committee 09 Mar’18 to 02 May’22Client: Board of Revenue BiharOrganization: Silicon Techlab Pvt Ltd.Description : This project includes Software Design, Customization, Implementation & Support for Computer based Test for Departmental Exams for Officers of Government of Bihar. Data of all various Bihar government departments which gives exams under Board of revenue are collected and made online.Role: IT Consultant(Project Management/Support)Responsibilities:• PROJECT MANAGEMENT• REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS• REQUIREMENTS GATHERING• CHANGE MANAGEMENT• BUSINESS ANALYSIS• PERFORMANCE TUNING• MIS REPORTING• Interaction with BOR for requirement gathering, project planning, implementation, hosting of Computer Based Test (CBT) application and commencement of CBT examination at BOR examination centre. • Ensured that project moves according to schedule and blue print signed off, conduct co-ordination with respective project teams, resolve issues etc. • Day to day operational maintenance and IT support for conducting smooth Computer Based Test(CBT).• Coordinated with development team for managing changes, bug fixing updates and patches for application• Prepared and submitted Computer Based Test (CBT) related report to BOARD OF REVENUE BIHAR on periodic basis.
