This was my first time working in the field with the team, and the experience has made me a more focused and committed person. It was really difficult at first, too, but as I got into the work, everything got much easier. Looking back a year, I can say with pride that this experience has greatly changed me as a person.

During my summer internship, I have gained valuable insights into the current market needs and have utilized that knowledge to enhance my skills. My purpose in this internship was to perform Root Cause Analysis for warranty components to determine the cause of failure and the necessary design and structural modifications to be put into practice on the ground. The internship focused on Small and Medium Tractor GPP Functions. It was a fantastic transition to step away from the syllabus and observe the sector as a complete novice, and I found it to be really beneficial in terms of learning new skills.
