Roles and Responsibilities:• Help with the analysis of market fitment.• Identify Total Addressable Market (TAM).• Help build strategy for pilot.• Help run and lead Operations.• Assist the office of the COO as and when required.• Help define and implement Go to Market (GTM) Strategy.• Help define and implement Marketing Strategy.• Define target ROAS and strategy to reduce it.• Help define and implement Growth Strategy.• Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies.• Collaborate with the design team to develop user stories.• Lead the Admin operations till the Company can scale up to hire dedicated Admin staff.• Help the team hire the right skilled people.• Networking with Marketing, Analysts and Startup community.
