* To ensure Operational Management at PC’s, Hubs, IP’s & DC’s (B2C, C2C & B2B).* To ensure 5S Management at Dispatch Centres, Hubs & DPC’s (Supply Chain Management).* To handle the affairs of Service Centre (Large Facilities – B2B).* To check out resolving issues related to COD, POD, High Ageing, Rescue,Traffic, Violations liaison with Traffic police or nearest police station (specially UP east region )* Pre-Planned audit compliance at DC’s to prevent cash rolling & theft attempts.* Doing Investigations during theft activities by tracking the stolen shipments through webbased link (HQ), interviewing witnesses & culprits obtaining signatures, Shipment & amount recovery with liaison with local sources. * Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.* Fetching data from customized web links to control over Shipments High Ageing’s.* Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports along with customized HQ data.* Training Minutes Side to Side Fire attacks :- Rescue training & Fire Drills against fire casualties with fire extinguisher* Providing briefings of security guard , how to safe from outsider, by physical attacks , deployment of SGs, Routine checkup for alertness.* Tracking Large loaded vehicles (FTL’s) during connections Hub to Hub, during Vehicle Break down, During Road Accidents – Rescuing driver (Crew Member) by activating the rescue process, collaborating with other security staff’s and Local Police. * Pre-Planning & formation of counter strategies against culprits & Risk Mitigation for upcoming loads/shipments (B2C & B2B).* Providing technical support, maintenance issue related with CCTV equipment’s.* Liaison with local bodies & Local Police, Access control, Rescue planning, Sports Tournaments, Material Movement, Parking Management, Emergency Handling.
