This office acts as a bridge between various state agencies involved with logistics and Indian Railways. This office is the nodal office dealing with programmed traffic of Coal (both Indigenous and Imported) and Iron Ore as per preferential traffic schedule of GoI and serves as a ‘single window’ for all issues pertaining to Coal and Iron ore loading program over Indian Railways. We have developed an online system for program sanction which has been widely appreciated by all our esteemed customers. Our objective is to provide an efficient service to our customers and to optimise revenue loading of Indian Railways.
