Responsible for overall management of a team of 16 members from across 6 different countries. Team structure included 2 ACCAs, 2 MBAs & 1 CA Finalist.Apart from basic operations in the areas of General Ledger & Reporting, Account Receivables, Account Payables and Fund Management, Job description was raised to include Operational and Inventory Control which included:1.Weekly follow up with Sales Managers for overdue receivables. 2.Weekly reminders to Salesman for lag in actual sales in comparison to the monthly target. 3.Weekly follow up with Production and Stores Team on Raw Material Consumption 4.Variance based on Standard Consumption and Actual Material Movement. 5.Weekly follow up with Dispatch Team for variances between Physical FG Inventory & System balance. 6.Follow up with different Department heads for pending Invoices/GRNs against advance payments. 7.Organizing monthly stock verification and analyzing the outcome of stock take to check for wastage beyond tolerance.

1. Actual Job-wise costing for 250+ jobs every month clearly stating per kg Raw Material, Cylinder, Freight, Insurance, Commission & Conversion cost.2. Machine Utilization & OEE computation.3. Allocation of overheads to Jobs & cost center and absorption of overhead cost.4. Preparing Conversion cost of each machine for product pricing.5. Job Structure, Customer and Region Wise Profitability Analysis.6. Preparing Monthly Operation Presentation for Top Management Review. 7. Monitoring and informing production & Operational team regarding adverse utilization of machine and resources to take timely corrective action.8. Maintaining Operational KPI database & providing handful information for decision making.9. Monitoring data integrity of operational people and inform the variation.10. Preparing cost modeling of new product on different parameter.11. Comparative Cost Benefit Analysis for acquisition of new machines. 12. Assisting Supply Chain in developing alternate sources of procurement by performing Comparative Cost Benefit Analysis of inputs from new Suppliers.13. Ad hoc Analysis as per Management's Requirement.14. Managing a team of 3 executives as a Senior Member.

1. Finalization of Monthly Financial Statements for Financial Review by Top Management (MIS consist of Statement of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement).2. Ratio Analysis (Assets turnover ratio, Creditor’s days, Stock days, Debtor’s days, gearing ratios, EBITDA, Operating profit margin).3. Maintaining Fixed Assets Register & monthly Depreciation calculation.4. Keeping track of Prepaid Expenses & its monthly allocation.5. Ascertaining Provision for various expenses for finalizing monthly accounts.6. Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement & Fund Availability Report. 7. Ledger Scrutiny to enable accurate reporting of costs incurred.8. Valuation of Raw Material, Work in progress and Finish goods as per accounting standard.9. Implement corrective control checks and SOP for accounts payable and financial reporting.10. Back up for Accounts Payable Officer when on leave.11. Assisting & handling Auditors with Requisite Schedules for Interim & Final Financial Audit.12. Proactive participation in conducting Feasibility Study for Expansion Project.
