Purchase of LNT machines all Electronic spare parts. • Purchasing of all tools & hardware items, Safety items& all maintenance items required in plant like MCB , MCCB , MCB BOX ,WIRES , LIGHTING , CAPACITOR ATOMATION PARTS MACHINERY SPARE PARTS , CONNECTOR , BELT , CONVEYOR , BEARING , PP ROD , RELAY , CONTACTOR , SHUNT ,PCB DRIVE. • Purchase of raw material plastic granules like , Nylon , PP , POM , HDPE & other plastic RM for according to the demand of customers for molding machines. Also always to search alternate material for any critical RM to avoid any production loss & smooth supply of material without any interruption its also help in cost reduction • Preparing comparison sheet of the quotation received reflecting the technical and commercial conditions and submitting these reports to the Managements approval and issuing a purchase order against the approved quotation. • Discussing technical specifications with suppliers and finalizing the prices to meet the budget provided by cost control department. • Also responsible for New Product Development of all packaging items. Preparing order request, cocoordinating with the inventory controller to maintain the minimum inventory of all items. • Finding new product sources from Internet and obtaining quotations if needed. • Following the supplier’s payments to avoid any disturbance that might effect on the work progress. • Vendor Development and exploring the domestic market for same products with same specifications with a lower price for cost cutting time by time. • Maintaining the quality of materials but with best and lowest price. Preparing MIS report monthly wise with the detail of decrease & increase of price. • Preparing ABC analysis report of purchasing items and consumed items.
