Role & Responsibilities: - -Customer Service and Coordination with the client for the projects -Conceptualization, design, Plan and Develop- Preliminary site visit, Preparing project records, status, and weekly report. - Preparing concept plan and presentation based on client’s requirement- Preparing preliminary architectural design drawings based on the authority standards such as ADIBC, CD and DOT- Guiding the other team designers with proper coordination and follow-up with structural, MEP, DOT & Civil defense to proceed with their design based on the Architectural drawings- Preparing DOT drawings, GIS drawings & Architectural drawings submission to the authority manual and through online to get the drawings approved.- Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance withplans.- Preparing 3d Modelling and Rendering.- Preparing Estidama (PBRS) Drawings and documents.- Supporting the site engineers in all phases of construction.- Checking the Architectural Drawings and contractor shop drawings.- Reporting the project status to the operational manager, senior contact manager, and planningengineer. Working in Industrial Projects (AD Port Groups, Kezad And Zonescorp)Authority Approval Projects:--Fit outs Projects-Residential Projects-Commercial Projects-Mixed Used Projects-Restaurant & Viewpoint Design-Industrial Projects
