 Managing a team of 5, delegation and training of new recruits Taking forward B2B/B2C catalogue projects. Publish metrics on Productivity, Quality, and Lead time on monthly basis. Partner with the Catalogue management, Sourcing, Vendors and the different Business Units to strategies and advocate the use of catalogues Provide support to ensure connectivity between the eProcurement catalogue and associated systems Curating, Filtering, defining occasions, product listing & style tagging by technically analyzing products. Planning sales targets according to upcoming trends. Coordination with Vendors/ Merchants, look books, Category launch, product data management Visual Merchandising to maintain uniformity of image quality, shoot standards, styling & keeping a check on the complete cataloging process. Visual QC of website on regular basis.

Handling IE operations like - Skill matrix development on the basis of Performance Index, Capacity, Process Flow, Time Study and Efficiency Utilization and working on to increase it, Preparation of Tech-packs, Line-Plans etc.

PROJECT BRIEF:Quality Improvement in production and clarity of process with proper quality system and increased in production by creating an environment over the operators. Introduce the Color Card system reduced the cost of quality. Reduced alter percentage from 8.48% to 4.96%, opportunistic cost of quality and total control over the defect occurrence frequency.
