1) Stepapp Webapp- User Journey Breakdown: Mapped and evaluated the user journey and pain points for different segments and personas of learners and restructured it which increased the NPS from 5 to 8.- Dashboard Redesign: Redesigned all stakeholder’s dashboard UI and UX to make it more user-friendly, intuitive, and data-driven.- Rewardal System Design: Researched and designed a reward system for the app that incentivizes users to learn and practice more, which had an easy learning curve.- Gamification Ideation: Brainstormed and analyzed various gamification elements and features for enhancing user engagement and learning outcomes which led to the development of “Knowledge wealth” and “Activity coin”.- Competitor Analysis: Conducted a thorough analysis of the competitors’ products and identified the gaps and opportunities for improvement which led to the development of quiz bank feature in the app.2) Stepapp Mobile app- Spearheaded the design development of a student-centric mobile application, optimizing user experience.
