Leading a team of Process Consultants for Quality Assurance and Compliance & Security activities at Bangalore center and overall responsibilities include manage and oversee project success (development, maintenance, QA and production support projects), Change Management as part of CCB, certification, audits and recertification in line with ISO, C&S, SAS-70 etc, implementation of CMMI Ver1.2, report health of projects and support departments on a six sigma scale to Senior Management etc.

Involved in the process of Institutional Strengthening – a core area with a budget provision of US$ 20 million. The main aim of this project component was to enhance the business efficiency to International Standards by developing world class processes and activities such as computerization of existing manual systems and procedures with the help of international consulting companies.
