Reports directly to Manager.Deputed to Paper Machine#1&3as a Plant Engineer and looking after the plant maintenance of paper machine and finishing house.Daily conducting the MWS (Manufacturing working system) meeting along with the process and other maintenance team for next day job planning and other plant issue.Daily conducting the Tool box meeting with the casual workers regarding safety and housekeeping.Allot the daily works for the employees and make a follow up and update the plant status for effective and improved production and productivity.Looking after and maintain ISO records such as SOP (Standard operating procedure),Breakdown analysis, Corrective action taken, Lubrication schedule, Maintaining history card, Generation and segregation of waste and disposal, Preventive maintenance, Hazard and risk register, 5S, Root cause analysis Daily maintaining the Equipment check list and monitoring the entire equipment.Follow up the planned, preventive and breakdown maintenance of the above mentioned equipments.Effective planning in schedule of work during the plant shuts. Procurement of the required and essential materials for the necessary plant maintenance.Looking after the Special maintenance needs, capital requirement needs and routine maintenance needs.
