Media Manager is an on demand digital asset management service that makes it easy to store, manage and share imagery and marketing materials while Getty Image's Image Net makes the distribution of publicity and marketing material faster, easier and is more cost effective. Users can store information such as press release, release schedules, video and audio files and also promote the distribution of his or her material. Marketing materials are usually uploaded to library and users, who are assigned access rights, can access these materials for promotion and distribution. Effective January 1, 2010, all lenders, including PHH Mortgage will be required to follow the revised Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) rules established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). One of the objectives of the revised rule is to set forth new requirements as it relates to the delivery and content of the Good Faith Estimate to accurately disclose lender fees and any changes related to the loan transaction so the consumer has accurate information available during the shopping phase of the loan application process. This "Report & Invoice" are the main module of this BuyBill Application, This was fully developed with J2EE based Application. The main feature of this Module to generate Invoice or to view reports. Also creating the PDF and The PS file by running batch using java through web service. Here we are making web service call to oracle Server to know the report status. First user select the groups , it will display the available list of groups on the basis of groups , after clicking the button " generate Invoice " , if the request requires some parameter then it will transfer to another page , there we pass the parameter , Then we make an one web service call to Oracle 10g server to view the Invoice or reports through PDF .This Module "PAR MAINTAINCE" was fully developed with Java and Applet based application. We added a new module "PAR MAINTAINCE "in Buy bill application. Here we developed 11 new tables with separate GUI screen using java applet to maintain Participant about his business, contact , address , commission customer , sales person .We can add a new records , update a existing records and delete a existing records and searching records from Database . Here in this enhancement work BNY -146 /147/148 of work flow application, we are searching some accounts from work flow application by give some appropriate input like cusip and account key . Here the flow will go to mainframe and database of work flow application to search particular accounts , if that account is BNY account , then it will make a web services call to BNY database, it will fetch the images in the form of PDF files from BNY database . Also we are created one BNY specific Search page that we can get directly as a link from existing search group , here also give the input as appropriate Account Id , Account number or the company number from specific to BNY to do the same requirements .
