Track metrics to measure the global EDW team’s performance, and to improve the response time in resolving system-related tickets. Developed effective BI reporting system to cater various reporting needs. Helping hands in bringing the one play book into global technologies.Key Contributions. In Quick turnaround time taken the 100% of ownership in managing 400 TB system helped savings in 2 million USD.
