Taking work permit for the work to be carried out and ensure positive isolation of the equipment. Respond to emergency breakdown and supervise the corrective maintenance work following all the safety norms to reduce downtime and increase productivity of the plant. Assign daily work activities for a team of 10 maintenance personnel and schedule assignments based priorities and work conditions. supervise technicians while they are performing the maintenance activities. supervise the implementation of preventive maintenance programs, reducing equipment downtime a d spoilage significantly. Filling up inspection and maintenance check list of equipment and preparing daily maintenance reports as per my shift.Doing modifications of equipment as per the requirements with approved MOC.Give suggestions to maintenance manat for improving the efficiency of the equipment and increasing the productivity of the plant. Supervise installation of new equipment by replacing those in which breakdown occurs time and again. prepare standard operating procedures for every single maintenance work to be carried out on equipment. planning and executing maintenance works and ensuring that it is being carried out in accordance with company procedure.
