He has 18+ years of experience in US Benefits - Health Welfare(HW/H&W), Defined Benefits(DB) & Defined Contribution(DC) In current role Satyavir is leading Product Development of several critical Products for his organization using cutting edge technologies that includes Machine Learning & Data Engineering, Chat & Voice bot, Topic Modelling, DialogFlow, Google Virtual Agent, GCP(Google Cloud Platform) for Enterprise level Call Center Automation; State of the art fully in-house Analytics Product for generating dashboards using Cognos and Oracle. He leads product development of Conduent's flagship Product "BenefitWallet" with Web and Mobile Apps(iOS & Android) as it main customer facing interfaces. His keen interest in taking new challenges drove him to lead the successful transition from Traditional to Agile(Scrum) Methodology. In his previous organziation Cognizant, Satyavir was awarded 1st Prize for highest value Innovation for customer. In his role as Program manager he ran very large Automation Program inititative that was majorly based on Robotic Process Automation( RPA) where different tools like UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Selenium etc.Satyavir is regular practitionar of Yoga(Surya Namaskar) and Meditation and likes to spend time with friends and Family members.
