People are getting more and more health conscious these days. But the options are limited when it comes to healthy foods. This is where dietz foods comes into picture. I started dietz with an aim of making it a health cafe, where people can come in, relax unwind and eat food which is not only healthy for the body but also soak in the healthy experience. After various tweeks in the model, I finally decided to shelf the retail version and tried to take the idea on the web. The website went live (now been removed) in the later part of the venture, where I tried migrating from a retail based model to an online business model to further cut costs. But when that didnt work out, I shelved the idea for the time being. Learnt a lot during the six months of struggle with the idea. I still believe in it, and wish to come back to it in near future.
