Development of new part throughout the APQP process and handling quality issue related development part.Closely review drawing feasibility for manufacturing and procure them until the part transfer to regular team (SCM).Exposure in development of tubing (hydraulic and pneumatic pipes), rubber parts (rubber pad, beading, damper, rubber bellow, floor mat etc.), hardware parts (all fasteners), Oil seal, etcResponsible for managing status of developed part PPAP and SOB closed and handover to SCM.Responsible for material cost reduction, scheduling adherence, price negotiation, logistic selection, packaging and tracking of the parts procured.Maintaining optimum inventory for outstation as well as for local supplier parts and also involved in VAVE for analyzing previous design and implement them.Involved in PPAP activity for making robust process and part quality as wellMonitoring the part effectiveness till ramp-up and responsible for handling supplier concern and quick responseFollow-up for development of tool & jigs and timely tooling payment as per terms Identifies area of obstructions in quality failure, advising in system for qualitative improvement Ensuring high quality of all new components as per design and safety normsPerforming root cause analysis and follow-up with supplier for corrective action

Exposure in Tubing metal pipes, Nylon pipes, Rubber and Plastic parts, Proprietary parts (Brakes, Clutch, Filter, DDU, pumps, bearing, etc) and Exhaust pipe, etcDesign and technical feasibility review at initial stage of new part Establishing time span of project execution as per client specificationBifurcate time line for stage concept Alpha, Beta & SOPIdentify vendor capacity mapping for production and process verification Responsible for development of new parts as per design and specifications Strong Knowledge of APQP process Good hand experience in quality and inspection method though GD&T Responsible for timely closure of PPAP and transfer part to SCM team Forecast material requirement plans to manage the MRP scheduled system and inventory of the parts procured Conduct buying of BOP (metal, exhaust pipe) components for domestic tractors. Responsible for corrective action against the quality related issues of proto and development part Conduct supplier visit for verification of process, quality and tools for robust the management Gate review with supplier as per quality management plan for project plan/process robust Responsible for advance tooling and knock off tooling payment Responsible for raising PO and scheduling for project materials
