*Can contribute aggressively in MDT to carry-out G&G studies for exploration and development projects to provide efficient and cost effective support, services and solutions to customers in achieving overall company's reserve and production targets as well as mapping & updating of maps by integrating all available subsurface data*Competent to review and provide technical recommendation on well proposals for the management as input in order to support business decision making (i.e. exploration & development strategy).*Nearly 30 years of Experience as Development / Operation Geologist working with ONGC (National E&P Company) in Indian as well as exposures in Foreign Basins (Clastics & Carbonates Reservoir) *Well acquainted with all Geological Operations in Offshore/On-land > Drilling/Testing of High-Tech Wells, Geo-steering, MWD/LWD application, SRD Wells, Hydro-Frac job etc*Evaluation of Pay-zones, Post-drill analyses & Documentation of subsurface data of Exploratory & Development Wells*Basic understanding of Development Geology – competent to propose development / infill locations on analyzing & integrating all subsurface geological data, Preparation & updating of structure / Iso-pay / Pay etc Maps. *Production Geology - Sick-well analysis, Planning & Execution of Work Over jobs as Production Geologist*Basic understanding of Log (Open / Cased Hole) analysis*Basic understanding of Unconventional Reservoir (Shale Oil / Gas exploitation) & tight reservoir. *Develop and implement distinctive mindset, behaviour and culture to achieve high work performance by adoption and implementation of value interventions, tools and methodologies to promote and instill high sense of commitment, ownership, integrity and loyalty that will contribute to operational excellence.*Self-starter, innovative and proactive Strong relationship building and networking ability.
