Job & Responsibility Description Responsible for Procurement of Project Materials like Civil, Electricals, Plumbing, Building Automation etc. Checking of all SAP input data and parameter with respect to purchase requisition and Purchase order than releasing the same in SAP. Verification rates and commercial terms and condition for release of Purchase and Work Order in SAP.  Material code, Service code & vendor creation in SAP  Making of Purchase & Work order for the entire Project and corporate office on all India bases. Pan India Co-Ordination with all concern dept. for logistic control monitoring as well as also resolving query related to service entry and GR process in SAP..  Prepare Comparatives statement for tenders & making of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), Purchase & Work Order for entire Project. Co-Ordination with Corporate Accounts dept. for any query about bills. Reporting to Sr. Vice president – Project & Vice President – Finance & Account Expertise:  Working Experience on SAP in MM module & Project System. Material Code, Service code and vendor creation in SAP. Checking all SAP input data and parameter with respect to purchase requisitions and Purchase order than releasing the same in SAP. Verification of rates and commercial terms and condition for release of Purchase and Work order in SAP on all India bases.
