I am looking after production in Powder Filling,liquid filling lines( volumetric filling, Gravity filler, load cell based filler, semi auto).-pouch filling machines, tin filling lines, jar filling lines, can manufacturing unit& utility & etc.-Independently handle all packing shift operations Like daily production planning sku wise, Make daily production report, Material handling, Quality assurance, Hygiene, 200+ manpower handling, Food saftey & sop.-Meet shift production targets.-I consider myself a responsible, creative, with initiative and punctuality, I accept with pleasure the challenges and goals that your organization could assign me.

•Handling 7 Divisions: Finish good packaging with various SKUs, Tin manufacturing, Moulding, Carton manufacturing, Ammonia Refrigeration, Tank farm & utility, Bakery.• Handling 13 packing lines, 20+ contractors, 350+ labours, 50+ operators of 2 unions.•Preparing daily Production Plan SKU wise & Line wise according to indent of the month.• Optimum utilization of manpower, daily training to labours & supervisors for achieving production target, maintaining safety & hygiene.• Continuous focus on production lines and ensuring minimum breakdown.• Maintaining good housekeeping & hygiene product as per the FSSCI, GMP & AIB. Maintaining minimum accidents of man, machine and goods.• Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastages and efficiently utilization of resources.• To increase in house packing material tin manufacturing ,cartoon manufacturing, & jar with quality standards. Challenges:• Implementing industrial tools like 6-sigma, kaizen, 5s, Ishikava diagram, etc to maximizing production & minimizing breakdown.• Achieved maximum production as per the capacity of plant. Since Sept’18 highest production recorded as 50,000MT, after implementing industrial tools achieve 72,000MT production in Dec’18 by minimizing NVA & breakdowns and keep increasing as per KAIZEN implementation.•Successfully passed AIB, FSSCI, Internal GMP & other audits by maintaining good hygiene & housekeeping.• Ensure 100% compliance of food safety, FSSCI ,AIB all applicable statutory requirement under various regulation & clear unannounced AIB re-certification.

• Attend all maintenance like breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance & etc.• Manage our maintenance inventory.• all maintenance work to do in full saftey standards.• p.m like heat exchanger, casting wheel,all type gear maintenance, stand maintenance,lubrication , Hazop analysis, value check & etc.• Attend visitors and auditor,• Try to maintain all things in 5s standerd.• control wastage's and analysis of wastage's try to control things.
