In my present capacity, I am accountable for looking after & ensuring that the project delivery team structure is adequate and enforces compliance, best practices, approach & direction for the technical aspects of the organization's practice providing technical leadership to fellow team members.My other job responsibilities include the following:-Identify data requirements/ designing solutions to satisfy client business objectives structuring capabilities for analytics practice, and identify an area of improvement with business stakeholders-Network with Business Analysts, Technical Architects, End Users, and QA/ UAT/ Support Teams for integration testing, QA phase, UAT phase, production deployment, and warranty support-Coach & lead the team members and guide them to perform better; managing a healthy team environment -Track and highlight trends and raise areas of concern regarding possible deviations from project and program plansI managed various projects such as: Client: Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC)With Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC), I managed project for AI/ML-based anomaly detection, failure prediction, and decision support system, which helps improve asset/plant performance and reduce unplanned downtime of asset failures.I also developed a Risk Register, RACI chart, Stakeholder engagement plant, Communication plan, daily standups, and workshops with Client and Internal management meetings. I functioned with a client team located in different regions of the world – the US, Europe, middle east.

As Assistant Manager, I conducted various functions like leading digital transformation in plant, project planning, scheduling, finalizing schedules, preparing MIS, and progress monitoring for maintenance activities in the plant. I successfully commanded planning & implementing the preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of 2X660MW Thermal Power Plant equipment & machinery. I have rich experience in maintenance and installation of EHV electrical installation for 11kV, 33kV, 66kV, 400kv voltage level.
