I joined The Bank of Rajasthan Ltd. in Jan. 1980. A Science Graduate, Post Graduate in Arts, Law graduate: I've worked at various capacities in the Bank's Central Office, Corporate Office. I've also worked in Bank's various Branches as Deputy Branch Manager, Branch Manager after merger of Bank of Rajasthan Ltd in to ICICI Bank Ltd.In my prior employment with Bank of Rajasthan, I was responsible for setting job performance expectations and developing employee skills in risk mitigation, legal and collection activities. As the Manager, I held internal and external customers to current bank policy and procedures and in adherence to all applicable State and Central Banking Laws & Regulations. The development of loan review functions were designed by myself with Senior Management input and Board of Directors approval. Primarily reported to bank President, Senior Lender and lending staff with monthly reports sent to the Board of Directors. Worked with Senior Vice President of Special Assets in the determination and placement of potential and actual foreclosed properties and set disposition parameters for sale, refinance, legal action or auction. Supervised a team of eight loan officers in the Small Business Administration Disaster Assistance program and was cited for superior performance in meeting the Agency's Mission and Goals.
