Marketing at Tata Sky is responsible for Product Development & Management, Revenue, Retention, VAS, Brand marketing, Communications and Strategy. As core member of this team, I have helped shape the evolution and growth of Tata Sky to be a market leader today. During this time I have worked on every aspect of the business and been responsible for leading several initiatives which were 1st of its kind in the country.

As lead marketing for Reliance’s global business, was responsible for all marketing & communication activities which directly impacted revenue, retention, capacity utilization, pricing, product management and VAS. The portfolio of services included basic ILD, international roaming, conferencing and VOIP, offered via four leading brands across India and eight international markets, addressing individual customers, enterprises and carriers. Of these, I have led the launch of three brands, four services and four new markets. With Reliance’s international foray & its ambition to offer telecom services across the globe, I have: - Consulted with telecoms in the GCC to help them set up their networks and plan the service bouquet on FTTH / mobile platforms. - Bid for mobile licences in 2 countries - Evaluated telecoms from a buyout / merger perspective
