With over three decades of impeccable professional and personal history, I am a proud Brigadier who has embarked upon a new journey - Journey into Corporate world.Serving in the Indian Army for 33 years in some very critically responsible positions in Command, training and staff assignment, I was in charge of the entire gamut of HR activities for DCPL.Presently as Chief Operating Officer of Support Elders, my tasks include complete ownership of Internal organization and outputs encompassing Consult, Design, Implement, Maintain and Improve internal and external components for creation of sustainable Eco system.     Having cleared the grueling entrance test, I was one of the proud cadets selected by the National Defense Academy (NDA).Started serving the Indian Army as a Second Lieutenant, and hung my boots as a Brigadier. Subsequently again handpicked to be Military Advisor of Senior Most Army Officer in Eastern Command.• As Senior Staff Officer in the Eastern Theatre the utilization of funds allotted for works services reached an all time high of almost 90%, which was unprecedented.• Was selected for the prestigious "Staff College" in Wellington which hosts officers from all wings of the Ministry of Defence in India as well as abroad.
