In this role, I am responsible for tracking and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward goals and long-term objectives. It is worth mentioning that I visualise center's publications impact factor and increase center's presence in industry by implementing new performance measures for department. One of my key assignments in administering portfolio management system to cover all department processes resulted in three items improved performance by a factor of three. I also ensure process and performance improvement by training new hires.Key accomplishments, I achieved within this role are as follow:• Slashed user issues by factor of 2-3 by simplifying technology deployment form in portfolio management system.• Maximized data collection by factor of 10 by optimizing reporting project performances, simplifying approval, and capturing milestones.• Improved time to gather information by a factor of five by implementing tracking of equipment usage and individual's time invested in project.• Enhanced IP application processing times, minimized labour hours, and reduced human error by designing processes and tracking and automating escalations for all IP applications.

I was entrusted with authoring programs for stimulations, FSI/PLT, WH sampling, and low-density gel; conducted on certain wells with ultimate safety. I also managed well testing in month of March and May with 90% and 95% efficiency respectively. I was engaged in routine petroleum engineering activities such as well testing, eight rig-less operations supervision, and SP function tests. I would like to state that I expedited productivity by supervising various operations such as stimulation and flow back (oil and water), logging operations, and low-density gel.
