As a Senior Analyst Project Control, I play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of major engineering and mega projects at SABIC. I’m responsible for providing project control expertise and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including resource allocation and cost estimates.- Monitor project progress and performance against established plans and identify potential risks and issues.- Prepare and analyze various project reports, including progress reports, earned value analysis, and cost reports.- Provide project control support to project teams, including training and guidance on project control methodologies and tools.- Assist in the development and implementation of project control systems and processes.- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:- Develop and define project goals and objectives.- Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.- Recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.- Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.- Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.- Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.

- Understand the PMI (Private Medical Insurance) market dynamics and competition trends and present the yearly plan accordingly.- Balance won book between competitors.- Balance book distribution per month/Quarter and per business contribution and product Mix to maintain a healthy low-risk profile.- Understand regulators policies and regulations and regularly follow up the updates to comply with industry requirements (Pass IFCE/ The Insurance Foundation Certificate exam conducted by SAMA/Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency).- Maintain a healthy, proper balanced sales pipeline.- Generate leads from all internal and external sources.- Present monthly reports and yearly plan reflecting the funnel analysis and sales expectations- Ensure best coverage for any sales opportunity.- Explore new sales areas and ways to achieve target.- Fulfill the entire process on the system (CRM) from Opportunity creation till invoice generation on Caesar.- Ensures daily update on Bupa Arabia management system “Sage CRM” for all activities.- Coordinate with all involved operational department to ensure smooth launch for new policies.- Conduct product and service presentation to new clients.- Lead the Handover process with the Relationship team as per the company Handover policy.

Responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.Duties:- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients.- Prepare Monthly and quarterly reports for senior board members.
