NASTP is a project of Pakistan Air Force aimed to provide eco-system of essential elements required to nurture design, research, development and innovation in the aviation, space, IT and cyber domains. Singlehandedly ran the HR Department during the initial stages of establishment of NASTP. Looking at a total headcount of 700+ across different parks (Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Kamra and Kharian). Major tasks include:• Recruitment & Onboarding• Payroll Management & Compensation & Benefits• HR Operations• HR Policies & Procedure ManagementAchievements• Successfully completed end to end recruitment drive for TURKISH companies• Successfully inducted 100+ employees in 3 months’ time in multiple cities• Formulated compensation model including pay scale for NASTP keeping in view industry trends and salary surveys. Endorsed and accepted by other divisions in PAF.• Singlehandedly processing accurate payroll for 700+ employees

Interactive Group of Companies (Interactive Convergence, Eikon7, Trademor & ProPakistani) is a conglomerate comprising companies from the IT, digital marketing, e-commerce, and web development industries. Reported to the COO of the group. I was provided with the additional charge of Manager HR. I lead a team of 5 resources in HR in the absence of HR Manager.Achievements• Successfully lead a team of 5 in centralized HR Department for 3 companies.• Processed accurate payroll of over 10 Million per month using Microsoft Dynamix AX-2012• Conducted Job Analysis Survey using Mercer Job Analysis Methodology.• Established the concept of social club (a place where employees used to gather for social activities) in the company thus reducing friction amongst different departments.• Introduced town-hall meetings between top management and the employees to bridge the gap between them thus creating a culture of openness.
