As the Co-founder and COO in SCOOPRO, I spearheaded the concept, design, and development of a groundbreaking Cloud-based, World's First, Mobile News-gathering Platform. I led the creation of iOS and Android apps for reporters and journalists, enabling Live Video streaming and video recording/uploading. In my capacity as the Co-Founder, COO and CTO in Scoopro, I played a pivotal role in shaping the vision, design, and implementation of a revolutionary cloud-based first of a kind Mobile News-gathering Platform. Leading the conceptualization and development from the ground up, we orchestrated the utilization of the Amazon (AWS) Cloud Platform to create an innovative solution. Our focus was on empowering Reporters, Journalists, and Sports Producers with a sophisticated iOS + Android app and a media management pllatform, enabling seamless live Video streaming and facilitating the recording and uploading of high quality HD Videos on the go. To achieve this, a diverse array of technologies was harnessed, including AWS Cloud Transcode, AWS Lambda for serverless computing, SRT for Live transmissions, Dual Bonding in Mobile Devices, Accelerated Content Transfer, etc. On the Software Development side we used the MERN Stack (NodeJS, MongoDB, React, Express) for our platform, Kotlin for Android, & Swift for iOS. This amalgamation of technologies not only underscored our commitment to cutting-edge solutions but also facilitated the seamless integration of various components, ensuring a robust and reliable platform.My role encompassed steering the team through the intricacies of these technologies, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring that our products remained at the forefront of industry standards. The successful marriage of innovation, technology, and user-centric design underpinned the creation of a truly transformative platform.

As the head of the Media Services Operations Centre (MSOC) in Pune & Chennai, I spearheaded operations overseeing a global fiber network linking over 100 nodes worldwide. My responsibilities included driving process improvements, ensuring service assurance and delivery, and devising comprehensive training programs for both engineers and managers. I provided hands-on technical and soft skills training to our operations team, enhancing their capabilities and performance.Additionally, I had the privilege of being a key member of the team that conducted technical due diligence at Softbank's Media Centre in Tokyo, Japan. This experience afforded me invaluable insights into cutting-edge industry practices and technologies, further enriching my expertise in media services management.

In TAJ Television I was responsible for Ingest, Transmission & MCR sections which catered to 6 channels. 3 sports channels belonged to Taj and were branded TENSPORTS. There were 3 other channels which used the facilities of Taj for transmission.I was also responsible for the studio operations, which was used by TEN & was rented out on a regular basis. I supervised around 20 personnel.I was also responsible for arranging SNG for live feeds, satellite bookings and negotiating contracts for cricket coverages.

First section to work in was high power terrestrial transmitters, wherein basic job was routine maintenance, breakdown handling & operation. It also involved regular audio/video measurements. Later worked in establishing microwave links and maintenance of the same. Then moved to the setup & maintenance of OB vans and associated equipment. Did a part-time diploma in Computer programming and also worked as part-time programmer in dBase, FoxPro, VB & AS400.
