Hr Operations Gm
Current- Oversees HR operations for all departments from on-boarding to off-boarding in compliance with all related laws and regulations.
- Ensure proper planning of the operations section through establishing a clear workflow for all employees to be aware of the processes followed in each service.
- Handle all greivance requests and conduct all related activities including participation in HR committees.
- Ensure timely completion of new hire employee requirements.
- Ensuring ongoing communication to all employees regarding HR services related updates, including corporate initiatives, changes in laws and regulations.
