• Oversees HR operations for all departments from on-boarding to off-boarding in compliance with all related laws and regulations.• Ensure proper planning of the operations section through establishing a clear workflow for all employees to be aware of the processes followed in each service.• Handle all greivance requests and conduct all related activities including participation in HR committees. • Ensure timely completion of new hire employee requirements.• Ensuring ongoing communication to all employees regarding HR services related updates, including corporate initiatives, changes in laws and regulations.

MY role is responsible for directing the Human resources function to ensure effective hiring, rewarding, developing and retaining skilled employees in order to meet business objectives.

- Contribute to corporate strategy from HR perspective for the development and successful implementation of the HR Sector strategy.- Approve departmental policies, procedures, systems and frameworks Provide expert technical input for enhancement.- Ensure the tracking of overall sector performance against specified KPIs.- Present and control multimillion dollar HR Sector budget including developing and allocating financial resources and operating.- Develop and coach line reports by negotiating and setting individual performance KPIs and objectives, Identify training and development opportunities. - Analyse HR information (reward benchmarks, retention rates, performance management) and disclose findings to Chief Executive Officer and stakeholders- Provide internal leadership and technical expertise to the HR Sector; provide expert input into a number of diverse projects/initiatives as they arise and serve as the uppermost technical authority on all HR related matters. - Managing the talent pool for the company , identifying , development and retention - Designed and implemented employee incentive programs to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
